Furnished apartments in Dubai Marina for weeks or months
Picture a man-made channel about three kilometres long, residential towers lining both sides, and a promenade along the water with cafés and restaurants at its foot. That is Dubai Marina. If you are here on a contract measured in weeks or months, it takes most of the friction out of settling into a new city.
We manage furnished apartments in several towers here, from studios upwards. It is not a quiet place, and we will be straight about that further down. But if you want to land, unpack and have daily life sorted within a weekend, it is hard to argue against.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Daily life along the water
Most of what you need sits inside the towers or along Marina Walk. That covers supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics and gyms, so the weekly shop or a trip to the doctor rarely means a journey. For anything bigger, Dubai Marina Mall is right on the water.
The buildings themselves do a lot of the work. Depending on the tower, you may find a pool, a gym, a steam room or sauna, children's pools and play areas, squash or tennis courts, BBQ areas, landscaped gardens or a residents' lounge. It varies from tower to tower, so ask about the specific apartment if a particular facility matters to you.
Moving around without a car
This is one of the easiest districts in Dubai to live in without a car. The Dubai Tram runs through the Marina, and the Red Line Metro stops along Sheikh Zayed Road on its inland edge. The beach at JBR is a short walk from the seaward side of the channel.
If you do drive, know what you are signing up for. The roads in and out clog at peak hours, and so do the car parks. Some of our apartments come with an allocated parking space, so raise it early if a car is part of your plans.
Studio or one-bedroom?
Our Marina mix is mostly one-bedrooms with some studios, spread over several towers. As a rule of thumb, that mix works best for one person or a couple; if you need more bedrooms than that, read the next section first.
A studio works well for a single person who spends most of the day out. It is compact, it is easy to run, and the district becomes your living room. Choose a one-bedroom if you are a couple, if you work from home, or if the stay runs past a month or two. Being able to close off the place you sleep from the place you take calls stops feeling like a luxury surprisingly quickly.
What you trade for the convenience
Density is the price of having everything downstairs. Lifts, car parks and the roads in and out get congested at peak hours, and some plots in the district are still under construction. Light sleepers should say so when they enquire.
Look elsewhere if you will drive across the city every rush hour, if you want low-rise streets and a garden of your own, or if you are a larger family who needs several bedrooms. The Marina rewards people who like stepping from the lobby straight into a neighbourhood that is already up and running, not those after peace and space.

Questions people ask
Can I really manage in Dubai Marina without a car?
For most people, yes. The tram runs through the district, the Red Line Metro stops along Sheikh Zayed Road on its edge, and shops, clinics and gyms are housed in the towers themselves or along Marina Walk. A car becomes more useful if your work is somewhere poorly served by public transport.
How noisy is it?
It is a dense, busy district, and some plots are still being built on. Lifts and access roads get congested at peak hours too. If quiet matters, mention it in your enquiry so we can steer you towards the most suitable option we have at the time.
Is the beach within walking distance?
The beach at JBR is a short walk from the seaward side of the marina. How short depends on which tower you are in, since the channel is long. Ask us and we will tell you how the apartments we have free sit relative to it.
Do the apartments come with parking?
Some do, with an allocated space in the building. If you need one, mention it when you first enquire and we will confirm what comes with the apartment you are looking at. Bear in mind that car parks and access roads get congested at peak hours.
