Furnished apartments in Madinat Jumeirah Living, Umm Suqeim
Madinat Jumeirah Living sits right beside the Madinat Jumeirah resort and its souk, in Umm Suqeim. It is low-rise, and from some apartments you look out towards the Burj Al Arab. Given how famous the neighbours are, it is surprisingly calm.
The buildings, Rahaal, Al Jazi and the others, share one architectural style, so the place reads as a single community rather than a collection of unrelated towers. We furnish our homes here for people who need a base for a month, a season or most of a year, and a shorter visit can work too when the calendar has a gap.

Quiet streets beside a famous resort
Day to day, this is a residential neighbourhood. The resort and the souk are next door, but the community itself is quiet. Treat it as somewhere to come home to rather than somewhere to go out.
Most of what you need for a routine is on site. Residents share a pool and a gym, with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for after a workout, and leisure decks for sitting out. Children have a play area of their own, there are barbecue spots for weekend evenings, and a community hall and a few retail outlets round it off. Security runs around the clock, which matters if you travel for work and leave the apartment empty for days.
Getting out and about
Plan on a car or taxis. That is simply how people move around here, and nobody should pretend otherwise. Allocated parking is included, subject to availability, so mention a car when you enquire and we will check.
Souk Madinat Jumeirah is next door, so take a walk round it in your first week and see what is useful to you. The public beaches of Umm Suqeim are nearby, and Mall of the Emirates is a short drive inland. The community also has its own footbridge.
Which apartment fits you
At the moment our mix here leans towards two-bedrooms. Some also have an assistant room, which a family might use for a helper; if you have another use in mind, ask us about it first. They suit families relocating together, or two colleagues on the same project who want their own bedrooms and some distance in the evenings.
We also have one-bedrooms from time to time. They are a good fit for a couple, or for a single professional who would rather have a home than a hotel room. We rarely have studios in this community. If a studio is what you want, other parts of the city will serve you better.
What you give up here
The car question is the big one. If you want to step out of the door and walk to an office or a train, this place is not set up for that, and daily taxis add up in time as well as effort.
The quiet cuts both ways. It is restful, but if you want late nights on your doorstep you are better off elsewhere. And only some apartments look towards the Burj Al Arab. Our list changes week to week, so we cannot promise a particular view until we see your dates.

Questions people ask
Does every apartment look towards the Burj Al Arab?
No. Some do; others do not. If the view matters to you, put it in your message and we can point you to the current apartments that have it.
Will I have somewhere to park?
Allocated parking is included, subject to availability. Since most residents here get around by car, it is worth raising at the start so we can confirm a space for your stay.
Is it a good place for children over several months?
It works well for families. Daily life stays inside a quiet, guarded community where children can use the play area and the pool without anyone needing to drive. The larger apartments also give children room to spread out.
Can I get a studio here?
Rarely. Our homes in Madinat Jumeirah Living are mostly two-bedrooms with some one-bedrooms. For a solo stay, a one-bedroom is the smallest home we tend to have here.
