Furnished apartments in Rahaal, Madinat Jumeirah Living
Rahaal is a low-rise residential building in Madinat Jumeirah Living, the quiet community in Umm Suqeim next to the Madinat Jumeirah resort and Souk Madinat Jumeirah. It is the beach side of Dubai without the hotel feel. You live among residents, not holidaymakers.
It suits people who want a calm base for a few months and are happy to drive. If you want to do everything on foot, this is the wrong place. A car or taxi is the normal way around.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in the building
There is a fair amount on site for daily life. A pool and gym are on site, and once work is done the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi give you somewhere to loosen up without leaving the building. The leisure decks give you an outdoor spot to sit beyond your own four walls. Weekend afternoons can go to the BBQ area.
For families, the kids' play area and community hall matter more than they sound. There are retail outlets in the building too; if having a shop downstairs matters to you, ask us what is there before you decide. There is also a footbridge as part of the layout, 24/7 security, and allocated parking included. Since a car or taxi is the normal way around, that allocated bay is one less thing to sort out when you arrive.
What we have here
Our apartments in Rahaal tend to be one- and two-bedroom homes rather than studios. That makes the building better for couples, small families and anyone who works from home and wants a door to close. Which of our homes here are free shifts from week to week, so if the size you need isn't showing today, ask anyway; something suitable may come up before your move.
Outlook varies from home to home here, and a Burj Al Arab view comes with some apartments, not all. If the view is what decides it for you, mention it in your message; we'll tell you plainly what each of ours faces before you commit to anything.
Who it suits, and the area around it
Families between homes, relocating staff with a car, and consultants on a long project who want quiet evenings all do well here. It is less suited to someone without a car who wants nightlife on the doorstep.
The weekly shop means a quick drive inland to Mall of the Emirates, while the souk at Madinat Jumeirah sits right beside the community and Umm Suqeim's public beaches are close for a swim.
Questions people ask
Will I have somewhere to park for a long stay?
Yes. The building comes with allocated parking included, which matters in a community where a car or taxi is the normal way around.
Is Rahaal practical with children for a month or two?
It can work well. Children get a play area on site, plus the pool and a community hall for rainy-day or too-hot afternoons, and the community is quiet and residential rather than busy with visitors.
Can I manage here without a car?
You can, using taxis, and the retail outlets in the building help with small errands. But a car or taxi is the normal way around Madinat Jumeirah Living, so plan your trips to work, school and the mall with that in mind.
