Furnished apartments in Botanica Tower, Dubai Marina

Botanica Tower is a residential building in Dubai Marina, and it behaves like one. The shared facilities are the kind you use on an ordinary Tuesday: a pool, a fitness centre, a steam room and jacuzzi, and landscaped gardens. On a stay of a month or more, those count for more than a view from a brochure.

We manage furnished apartments here for people who need a proper home for weeks or months. That might be a project posting, a gap between leases, or the first stretch after a move. Shorter stays are possible too.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in the building

There is a convenience store in the building. It sounds minor. It isn't, when you run out of milk at night or arrive late with an empty fridge. Security staff are there at all hours. You notice the value of that when you leave the apartment empty for a few days or come in from a late flight.

Allocated parking comes with the apartment. If you are bringing a car or renting one for work, you won't be circling for a space. The honest downside is that Dubai Marina is dense. Lifts and car parks get busy at peak times, and the roads in and out of the district can be slow in the morning and evening. Plan your school run or site visits around that.

What we have here

At the time of writing, what we have in Botanica Tower is one-bedroom apartments. A separate bedroom makes a real difference on a longer stay. One of you can take a call while the other sleeps, or you can shut the door on a working day. The selection turns over often enough that the live list is a better guide than any description we could write here.

Who it suits, and the Marina outside

Botanica suits couples and single professionals who want a gym and pool without paying for a separate membership. It also suits anyone who needs a parking space they can count on. Families can make it work, though they will want to look carefully at the layout of a specific apartment.

Outside, you have the Marina itself. Getting about rarely needs a plan: you can walk the promenade by the water, hop on the tram, or pick up the Red Line Metro on Sheikh Zayed Road at the landward side. Supermarkets, pharmacies and clinics sit inside the towers or along the promenade. Construction hasn't finished everywhere in the Marina, and a building site next door can mean early starts and dust. Light sleepers and anyone working from home should mention it in their enquiry, so we can talk through the current state of the plots near Botanica.

Questions people ask

Is parking included in Botanica Tower?

Yes. Our apartments here come with allocated parking. Expect the car parks and nearby roads to be busy at peak hours, as they are across the Marina.

Could I live here for a month without a car?

Easily. The tram runs through the district and the Metro stops on Sheikh Zayed Road. Day-to-day shops and clinics are within the towers or on the promenade, and the building has its own convenience store.

Do you have studios or larger apartments in Botanica Tower?

At the time of writing, what we have in this building is one-bedrooms, but availability changes week to week. We also manage apartments in several other Marina towers, from studios upwards, if Botanica doesn't fit your dates.
