Furnished apartments in Creek Edge, Dubai Creek Harbour

Creek Edge is two Emaar-built residential towers, part of the Dubai Creek Harbour development on the eastern bank of the creek. People choose it for the daily routine rather than spectacle: a pool, a gym, somewhere for children to burn off energy, and a parking space that comes with the apartment.

That parking space matters more here than newcomers expect. The Metro does not reach Creek Harbour yet, so most residents drive or rely on taxis and ride-hailing. If you plan to hire a car for your stay, an allocated space saves you a small but real headache every evening.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in the towers

The facilities cover the things you actually use on a longer stay. There is a swimming pool, cabanas, a gym, and dedicated zen and yoga areas if you prefer to stretch somewhere quieter than a weights room. A BBQ area gives you an excuse to invite colleagues round without cooking indoors.

Parents get a play area for children downstairs, and there is a multi-purpose room as well. Security is on site around the clock, which most people stop thinking about after the first week. That is the point.

What we have here

What we have in Creek Edge at the moment is one-bedroom apartments, spread over both towers. Most people take them for a few weeks or several months, though a shorter stay can be arranged. The list on this page is live and changes from week to week, so check it rather than relying on what was free last month.

Who it suits, and what surrounds it

Creek Edge works well for couples, consultants on a project with a hire car, and small families who want a pool and a play area downstairs. Frequent flyers like that the airport is close by road. If you want to walk to a Metro station, this is the wrong building, and we would rather tell you now.

Around the towers, Creek Harbour has Creek Beach, a marina and a promenade looking across to the Downtown skyline. On the community's boundary, flamingos gather in the wetlands of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Parts of the area are still being built, so expect the odd changed road or new crane on the horizon.

Questions people ask

Do I really need a car if I stay in Creek Edge for a month?

Not strictly, but most residents find it easier. With no Metro in the community yet, the alternative is taxis and ride-hailing for every trip. If you do drive, the building has allocated parking included.

Will construction nearby affect my stay?

Possibly, a little. Building work carries on in sections of the wider community, so the outlook from your window or your route to the main road may shift over a few weeks. If a settled view is important, enquire about the outlook from a particular apartment before you commit.

Is Creek Edge a good choice with young children?

It can be. A kids' play area, a swimming pool and round-the-clock security are all there without leaving the building. Our current units in Creek Edge are one-bedrooms, so tell us how many of you there are and we will say honestly whether the layout fits.
