Furnished apartments in Harbour Views, Dubai Creek Harbour

Harbour Views is an Emaar tower in Dubai Creek Harbour, looking back across the water towards the Downtown skyline. It was one of Emaar's first residential towers here, built near the marina, and that head start shows in how settled it feels compared with the newer blocks still rising around it.

For a stay of a month or a season, that matters. You can judge the building as it stands today, facilities included, rather than taking a brochure on trust.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in the building

The facilities cover the basics properly. There is a gym, a temperature-controlled pool you can use year-round, a multi-purpose hall and a kids' play area. Central Park is listed among the building's features as well; if green space for walks or for children matters to you, ask us how it sits in relation to the apartment you are considering.

Food and shopping are handled nearby: there are F&B outlets and a retail centre close at hand, so a missing ingredient or a quick coffee is not an expedition. Security is on 24 hours a day.

The detail we would point out first, though, is parking. Each apartment comes with one allocated slot. In a community the Metro does not yet reach, a guaranteed space is not a nice extra. It is what makes keeping a car here easy.

Our one-bedrooms and the people they work for

Our apartments in Harbour Views are one-bedrooms at the moment, fully furnished and set up for living rather than just sleeping. The exact list changes week to week, so check what is showing on the page.

A one-bedroom here works well for a couple, a consultant on a project, or a professional relocating ahead of family. The airport is close by road, which helps if you travel often. Families with a young child can make it work too, with the play area and park on hand.

The honest downside: parts of Dubai Creek Harbour are still under construction. Views can change and roads get rerouted from one month to the next. If you need total quiet and a finished skyline, this is not the place yet. If you want to be near the marina, with the promenade and Creek Beach in the same community, it earns its keep.

Questions people ask

How do residents of Harbour Views get around?

It helps a lot. The community is not on the Metro yet, so residents rely on a car, taxis or ride-hailing, and having your own car makes life simpler. Your apartment includes one allocated parking slot, which makes driving straightforward.

Is the building suitable for children?

Reasonably so. There is a kids' play area among the building's facilities, the pool is temperature-controlled so it stays usable through the year, and Central Park is on hand for outdoor time. What we have in this building leans towards one-bedrooms, so space is the limit rather than facilities.

Will construction nearby affect my stay?

It might. Building work continues across the wider community, which means the outlook from a window or the route out of the area can shift during a longer stay. Harbour Views itself is an established tower, but tell us if a particular outlook matters to you and we will be straight about what we have.
