Furnished apartments in Marina Vista, Emaar Beachfront
The name tells you what you get. Marina Vista is a pair of residential towers on the Emaar Beachfront island, turned to face the Dubai Marina skyline and the sea. You look across the water at the Marina rather than living inside it.
That trade is the whole point of the place. You get a quieter base than the Marina itself, with the towers facing the skyline rather than sitting under it. In exchange, the restaurants and the noise are on the other side of the water.

Day to day in the towers
The shared facilities cover what most people use in a normal week: a swimming pool, a fitness centre, landscaped gardens and lounge areas. There is a children's play area, which matters more than it sounds if you are here with young kids and no garden of your own. The lifts are high-speed, so a high floor does not mean a long wait every morning.
Security runs around the clock, and small errands can often be handled at the shops within the building itself. Allocated parking comes with the apartment. That is useful here, because most people on the island get around by car or taxi.
Choosing a flat here, and whether it fits your life
Our apartments in Marina Vista are one-bedrooms at the moment, and we have them in both towers. They are a sensible size for a solo professional or two people sharing, with a proper bedroom door between work and sleep. The view depends on the floor and the side of the tower, so ask us about a specific apartment if the sea matters to you.
The building works well for consultants and relocating staff who drive. It also suits couples who would rather come home to quiet than live above a busy promenade. It is less suited to anyone who wants to walk out of the door into nightlife. Daily shopping on the island comes down to a supermarket and a handful of cafés. For anything more, the Marina is a short drive across the water. If you do not plan to drive, budget for taxis as part of daily life.
Questions people ask
Can I use the beach while living in Marina Vista?
Emaar Beachfront has a private beach for residents. Ask us to confirm that it covers you on a temporary let before you plan your weekends around it. The building pool is there either way.
Is a car essential when staying at Marina Vista long term?
Not strictly, but it helps. Allocated parking comes with the apartment and most residents drive or take taxis. The island has the basics for small shops and coffee. Anything more means a trip across to the Marina or further.
Is it a good building for a family with small children?
For a short family stay it works. There is a children's play area, a pool, gardens and 24/7 security in a gated community. The catch is space. What we have in Marina Vista right now is one-bedrooms, so a family of four would be sharing close quarters.
