Furnished apartments in Myrtle, Central Park at City Walk

Myrtle is a Meraas residential building in Central Park at City Walk, and its main selling point is plain enough: it overlooks the park. A building that looks onto a landscaped park rather than a road or another tower is the draw. In Dubai that is less common than it ought to be.

Our flats here are let furnished, mostly to people staying a month or several, though a shorter stint is fine if that is what your plans need. It is a building for people who want a proper home base, not a hotel corridor.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in Myrtle

The building covers the basics well. There are swimming pools, a fully equipped gym and convenient lift access, so you are not hunting for a gym membership in your first week. Security and concierge run around the clock, which matters more than people expect when parcels arrive while you are at work or a colleague turns up unannounced.

Allocated parking is included. Do not skip past that. Most people round here get about by car or taxi, and if you drive while you are here, a space that is already yours means no evening hunt for somewhere to leave it.

What we have here

What we have in Myrtle is mostly one-bedrooms, furnished for living in over weeks or months. If the layout matters to you, say one of you works late while the other sleeps, ask us about the specific flat before you commit. The mix shifts from week to week, so the list on this page is the real picture of what is free. If you need more room than a one-bedroom, tell us early and we will say honestly whether Myrtle can work for you.

Who it suits, and the neighbourhood

Couples, single professionals and consultants on a project of a few months tend to fit best. It also works well if you are waiting for a long-term lease in this part of town and want to try the area first.

From the building you can walk to City Walk's open-air run of cafés, restaurants and shops, and Coca-Cola Arena, the city's big indoor venue, belongs to the same development. It sits between Downtown and the Jumeirah coast and feels calmer and more residential than Downtown, with good places to eat on foot. The honest downside: beyond that walking radius you will need wheels.

Questions people ask

Does every apartment in Myrtle look over the park?

The building overlooks Central Park, but what you see from the window depends on which side of the building the flat faces. If a park outlook matters to you, ask us about the specific unit before you commit.

Is parking included if I bring or rent a car?

Yes. Allocated parking comes with the apartment, which is useful here because most residents rely on a car or taxis to get beyond City Walk.

Can I manage a month here without a car?

For daily life, yes: City Walk's shops, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. For commuting to Downtown or the coast, plan on taxis if you are not driving.
