Furnished apartments in Palace Beach Residence, Emaar Beachfront

Two towers, one beach. Palace Beach Residence sits as twin towers inside Emaar Beachfront, and what draws most people is simple: living here gives you access to the community's private beach.

It is a complete building rather than just a tower with a lobby. Pool, gym, spa, gardens and shops are all inside the development, which matters more than you might think on an island where you'll be using the car for most errands beyond it.

Living in the building

The main pool has an infinity edge and children get a pool of their own beside it, so families and people wanting a quiet swim aren't competing for the same water. There's a fully equipped gym and health club, and the building also has a spa, sauna and steam rooms. If you're here for a few months on a demanding project, having all of that downstairs is a real advantage.

Day to day, the practical things are covered. There's a concierge, valet and round-the-clock security with CCTV, and the lifts are fast. The building has underground parking, one allocated parking space is included, and there are bicycle racks if you'd rather not drive. On site you'll find cafés, restaurants and a few retail outlets, plus landscaped gardens with jogging trails and a barbecue area. For children there are play areas and splash pads, and there are multipurpose and family rooms for when the weather keeps everyone inside.

Our apartments and who they suit

Our current stock in this building is one-bedroom apartments, set up as proper homes for stays of weeks or months, though shorter stays are possible too. If the view matters to you, ask us and we'll be straight about what a given apartment looks out on.

The people who get the most out of this building are happy to swap the Marina's pace for sand and a pool within reach: couples, someone seconded to Dubai for a few months, or a small family. Emaar Beachfront is quieter than Dubai Marina, which sits across the water and a short drive away. Within the community you can pick up groceries and get a coffee, but if you want nightlife on your doorstep, this isn't it. Beyond the island, expect to drive or take a taxi for almost everything.

Questions people ask

Is a car worth having for a longer stay in Palace Beach Residence?

Probably. Most people on Emaar Beachfront get around by car or taxi. Parking won't be the problem: you get one allocated space, and with underground parking in the building, a rental car is easy to keep.

Will I have use of the beach and the building's facilities during my stay?

Palace Beach Residence has access to the community's private beach, and the pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam rooms are part of the building. How access works for someone staying a month or two is worth confirming before you arrive; tell us which apartment you're looking at and we'll check what applies to it.

Is it a sensible choice with young children?

It's one of the better setups for it. There's a separate children's pool, play areas and splash pads, family rooms indoors, and 24/7 security in the building. Just keep in mind that what we have here right now is one-bedrooms, so check the space works for your family before you commit.
