Furnished apartments in Socio Tower, Dubai Hills Estate

Socio Tower is an Emaar residential building in Dubai Hills Estate, right next to Dubai Hills Mall. That location is most of the point. If the mall is somewhere you expect to use often, living next door means you can reach it on foot rather than by car.

It is a practical building rather than a showpiece. It suits people who want the estate's green calm with the everyday errands close by. We manage furnished apartments here for stays of a few weeks up to a year, and shorter if your dates call for it.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Living in the building

The list of shared facilities is a long one. There is an infinity pool with a separate children's pool, a fully equipped gym, and yoga and meditation zones for anyone who prefers a mat to a treadmill. Outside you get jogging and walking tracks, a multi-purpose sports court, and BBQ and picnic areas.

Cafés and retail outlets sit on the ground floor, so a morning coffee is a lift ride away. Parking is underground and covered, which matters more than it sounds in a Dubai summer. Security and CCTV run around the clock.

What we have here

Our apartments in Socio are mostly one-bedrooms, with a two-bedroom available now and then. If something specific matters to you, such as a balcony or a particular layout, ask us about the apartment in question and we will tell you what it has. What is free changes week to week, so check the list on this page for current options.

Who it suits

Socio works well for couples, solo professionals and small families who want space and greenery rather than a beach or a skyline. Dubai Hills Estate is built around a golf course and Dubai Hills Park, and King's College Hospital has a hospital in the community.

The honest downside is transport. Once you go past the mall, nearly every journey starts in the car park, because the estate has no station of its own. Al Khail Road and Umm Suqeim Street are the main roads out. If you need to commute by train, look elsewhere.

Questions people ask

Is a car essential for a longer stay at Socio Tower?

Realistically, yes. The mall next door handles daily errands on foot, but the estate has no Metro station and most trips beyond it mean driving. The building's underground covered parking makes keeping a car straightforward.

Is the building good for children?

It has a few things going for it. There is a separate children's pool, a sports court, and BBQ and picnic areas, and the community is popular with families. Dubai Hills Park also gives children space to run around.

How easy is everyday shopping from here?

Very easy. Dubai Hills Mall is right next to the tower, and there are retail outlets and cafés on the building's ground level for smaller needs.
